With a steadfast commitment to empowering individuals and families, Jacynda serves as the Founder and CEO of Unclaimed Funds Finder. Her career spans more than two decades of dedicated public service and community engagement, driven by a passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Before launching Unclaimed Funds Finder, Jacynda built a 15-year career with the Georgia Department of Human Services (DHS), where she held a variety of roles dedicated to supporting those in need. She began as a Family Independence Case Manager, assisting families and individuals on their journey to self-sufficiency. Over the years, she advanced to upper-level management as a Community Engagement Manager, collaborating with community partners and guiding initiatives to promote economic independence.

Beyond her tenure at DHS, her experience extends into the political arena. She has worked as a Campaign Manager on political campaigns and served in the Connecticut General Assembly, supporting several state representatives in their legislative efforts. These experiences enriched her understanding of policy, advocacy, and the importance of responsive service.

Education has played a vital role in shaping her approach. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, providing a strong foundation in leadership, strategy, and public affairs.

Jacynda proudly calls Gwinnett County, Georgia, her home, where she lives with her husband and two children. The inspiration behind founding Unclaimed Funds Finder was simple: to help people. Each day, she is motivated by the opportunity to reunite individuals with the resources that rightfully belong to them and to make a lasting difference in the community.
